What You’ll Need

Blender or Tumbler Glass 
2 TB Harmonic Arts Matcha Mind Elixir 
1.5 TSP Harmonic Arts Clarity Artisan Tea 
2 Dropperfuls Harmonic Arts Uplifted Spirits Tincture 
Splash of Nut Mylk or Sparkling Water  
Raw Honey or Maple Syrup to taste  
Ice Cubes 
Optional: Garnish with rosemary springs or chamomile flowers 

 

How to Make Your Nootropic Iced Elixir

  1. Steep Clarity Tea in 1 cup of boiled water for 5-10 minutes. Allow to cool.
  2. Add all ingredients except ice to a blender or tumbler glass and blend to combine.
  3. Pour over ice and garnish with rosemary or edible flowers.
  4. Sip and enjoy!
