Our dedicated Quality Assurance team ensures our products exceed industry standards. From raw goods to finished orders, we offer consistent and reliable quality. Harmonic Arts holds a site license for NPN/NHP (Natural Health Product Numbers) products and complies with all applicable Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards for manufacturing, testing and packaging. Harmonic Arts products are non-irradiated, filler-free and include full disclosure of ingredients.

We seek out the purest herbs, and partner with providers who maintain sustainable, organic growing and harvesting practices. Our products are reviewed for heavy metals, and are free of pesticides, additives, preservatives and chemicals.

We screen all potential farmers and suppliers before entering into a professional relationship. We look deeply at their growing, harvesting and processing practices and facilities, as well as their treatment of employees. Our team works diligently to ensure that our quality standards, sustainability and ethical sourcing practices have a positive impact on the health of our global community and the planet.

OUR COMMITMENT TO QUALITY 

Our Quality Assurance Department inspects every incoming product to ensure it meets our rigorous quality standards. When products arrive at our doorstep, they are initially quarantined and inspected by our Warehouse Coordinator, who is well-trained in General Manufacturing Practices and handling herbs. 

Before we procure a new lot of raw ingredients, each Certificate of Analysis (COA) is reviewed to ensure quality, purity and potency. COAs show complete testing for pesticides, microorganisms and heavy metals, as well as information on growing conditions, harvesting, and drying practices. At Harmonic Arts, we contract cyclical third-party testing at non-affiliated Canadian labs. This additional step in testing confirms the consistency, integrity and accuracy of the Certificates of Analysis.

If an issue is flagged, a specialized process is followed to alert our Quality Assurance department. Our Quality Assurance Lead, who is well-versed and experienced in GMP, Organoleptics, EcoCert standards and herbal practices makes an unbiased decision based on their investigation. This may include: review of Certificates of Analysis, further third-party testing, consultation with Health Canada, halt in production, or voluntary withdrawal or release of the product.
