There’s nothing like a warming adaptogenic latte on a frosty morning!

These days, we’re getting in the holiday spirit with this delicious blend of 5 Mushroom Chocolate Elixir and Radiance Restorative- featuring the world’s top 5 medicinal mushrooms,  Ashwagandha, Schisandra and Lotus Pollen. These herbs nourish the nervous system and support the body’s resilience to everyday stress. 

Ashwagandha boosts adrenal health by regulating cortisol levels and stress response.

Schisandra improves mood, regulates sleep and protects adrenal glands.

Serves 2

Ingredients: 

3 Cups Nut Mylk of Choice 

2 TBSP 5 Mushroom Chocolate Elixir

1 TSP Radiance Restorative

¼ - ½ TSP Ground or Fresh Grated Ginger (depending on preference!)

1 TBSP Raw Honey

½ TSP Organic Cinnamon

Directions: 

1. In a medium saucepan, bring nut mylk to a gentle simmer on the stovetop.

2. Once warm, add nut mylk of choice and all other ingredients to a blender.

3. Blend until frothy and pour into a big mug for you and a loved one to enjoy together!
