Chocolate Beet Latte

Indulge your senses with this delicious, nourishing, nootropic latte made with beets, Lion's Mane, and cacao. (Vegan, GF)

(Serves 2)

2c. Hot Water
1/2c. Cashews, soaked
3 tbsp. Cacao powder
2 tsp. Beet powder or 1/2 medium beet, cooked and grated
3-4 Soft dates or 1-2 tsp. maple syrup
1/2-1 tsp. Harmonic Arts' Lions Mane Concentrated Mushroom Powder
1/4 tsp. Cinnamon
Pinch of sea salt


  1. Place cashews in a small bowl and cover with hot water for 10-20 minutes.
  2. Strain, rinse and place in blender with all other ingredients. Blitz until smooth.
  3. Add maple syrup or honey to taste for desired sweetness.
  4. Pour into your favourite mugs and savour!
