You'll Need:
1 Banana
1/3 TSP Ground Ginger
1/2 Cup Kale
1 Cup Spinach
1/2 Cup Coconut Mylk
1 TBS Harmonic Arts Matcha Mind Elixir
1 TSP Chia Seeds
4 Ice Cubes
1/2 Cup Water
Directions:
1. Simply add all ingredients into blender, and blend to your desired consistency.
