Elevate Noatmeal

High in fibre, omega 3 fatty acids, protein, and vitamins, this low carb breakfast is healthy and super satisfying!
(Serves 2)

You'll Need:

1 C Nut mylk
1/4 C Almond flour
1/4 C Hemp hearts
1/4 C Harmonic Arts Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
2 TBS Ground flax seed
2 TBS Harmonic Arts Chia Seeds
1 TSP Harmonic Arts Raw Honey
1/4 TSP Harmonic Arts Himalayan Pink Sea Salt
1 TBS Harmonic Arts Elevate Elixir
1 TSP Vanilla extract

Directions:
1. Add all ingredients except the vanilla and Elevate to a saucepan.
2. Cook on med/low until it thickens, about 10 minutes
3. Stir in Elevate and vanilla
4. Top with anything you like on your oatmeal: fresh berries, bananas, pumpkin seeds, cacao nibs, cranberries, apples, cinnamon, maple syrup...
