Golden Mylk Chia Pudding

Start your day off right with this soothing Golden Mylk Chia Pudding. This recipe features our Golden Mylk Elixir to help you relax and reset with tummy-loving herbs and spices.

Our Golden Mylk Elixir

Warming Spices

Turmeric, ginger and white pepper help you feel warm and cozy while aiding digestion. Turmeric is a potent anti-inflammatory and ginger helps soothe stomach upset. White pepper is packed with fibre and helps the body produce stomach acid. This supports digestion and nutrient absorption.

Soothing Ashwagandha

This ancient medicinal herb has been used for thousands of years to relieve stress and anxiety. Ashwagandha is an adaptogen that reduces the activity of the HPA Axis in our brain. This helps regulate our stress response, creating a calm body and mind.

Fortifying Turkey Tail

Turkey Tail is easy to spot and grows abundantly in wooded areas of North America. It contains prebiotic properties that feed good bacteria and promote balance within the gut microbiome. Learn more about this functional mushroom in our blog post, A Guide to Turkey Tail.
