We've been recently inspired to use our Chaga-based Kickstart Elixir in a delicious, energizing vinaigrette! Yum!
1 tablespoon Harmonic Arts Kickstart Elixir Powder ½ teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon raw honey ½ teaspoon freshly ground pepper ¼ cup sherry or red wine vinegar ½ cup extra virgin olive oil 1 garlic clove finely chopped spritz of freshly squeezed lemon
Slow whisk olive oil into ingredients. Stores in the fridge well for 3-4 days.
Drizzle on salads and grain bowls for a robust burst of flavour. We experimented with kale, as it's in season on Vancouver Island. Enjoy!
