Kickstart your day with a tasty bowl of Mood-Boosting 14 Mushroom Granola. It’s no secret that we love adding mushrooms to our daily routines for an extra boost. Why stop at coffee, tea, and smoothies?

14 Mushroom Concentrated Powder is Harmonic Arts’ newest mushroom blend - formulated with your overall wellness, energy and immunity in mind. Featuring the world’s top 5 medicinal mushrooms as well as Snow Fungus, Agarikon, Maitake and more, this synergistic blend offers full spectrum health support.

Agarikon has been shown to possess potent anti-inflammatory, anti-viral and anti-bacterial properties, helping our immune system fight off unwanted pathogens and inflammation.

Snow Fungus is considered a staple in Traditional Chinese Medicine. This gelatinous mushroom is rich in polysaccharides that protect and nourish the skin. Snow Fungus is a rich source of hyaluronic acid and can restore elasticity and moisture to skin that needs extra support.

Maitake is an antioxidant-packed mushroom that gently stimulates immune health and supports our body’s defense system. Research has found that Maitake can lower blood sugar and cholesterol over time, making it a supportive mushroom for metabolic disorders.

This mind-nourishing granola is easy to make, and packs a nutritious punch with the help of our 14 Mushroom Concentrated Powder.
