Holy Basil: This Ayurvedic herb is calming and relaxing, helping us cope with daily stressors. Holy Basil soothes the nerves, uplifts mood and boosts memory to help us face stress in a calm, cool and collected manner.
Eleuthero: Reinforces the body’s ability to adapt to stressful situations. This potent adaptogen is known to increase endurance, reduce fatigue and boost immunity.
Rhodiola: Has been used for centuries in TCM to ward off symptoms of stress. Rhodiola regulates cortisol levels, boosts stamina, and calms the mind and body into a deep, restful sleep.

1.5 TBSP Harmonic Arts’ Relaxing Blend Tea
1 Cup Water
1 Cup Plant-Based Milk
1 TSP Raw Honey
1 TSP Coconut Oil or MCT Oil
¼ tsp Cinnamon
1 Dropperful of Harmonic Arts’ Stress Balance Tincture
- On the stovetop, bring the milk and water to a boil in a small pot.
- Once boiled, add in Relaxing Blend Tea and remove pot from heat.
- Let herbs steep for 5 minutes.
- Strain the tea leaves and add to a blender, adding honey, Stress Balance Tincture, coconut oil and cinnamon. Blend until frothy.
- Divide among 2 mugs, garnish with a pinch of cinnamon and sip to a stress-free evening.
