Made with organic Ginger, (Zingiber officinale), wildflower honey, organic cane alcohol & distilled water

Ginger has been celebrated in various fashion throughout the entire world, from the German invention of the gingerbread house to the key ingredient in many Thai and Malaysian curries. It is native to southeastern Asia but traditional healers in China, India, the Middle East, as well as those of the Roman Empire, have all used ginger to help relieve nausea. It has been used with all forms of digestive upsets including motion and morning sickness, and food poisoning. It contains beta-carotene, acetic acid, zingiberine, and lignin. It is rich in a class of phytonutrients called gingerols.

Suggested use: 1 teaspoon, 2-3 times daily or ½ teaspoon for children.

    I use this syrup for a 2-3 day secondary ferment on my Kombucha and water Keefer, and it’s awesome!
