1 Cup Full Fat Coconut Milk
¼ Cup Maple Syrup
⅓ Cup Raw Cashews (soaked)
½ TSP Organic Cinnamon Powder
1 TSP Organic Vanilla Extract
Pinch of salt
- Soak cashews for 2-4 hours.
- Once soaked, blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
- Pour liquid into popsicle molds and freeze for 6 hours.
- Remove from popsicle mold and enjoy!
