Craving a delicious treat on a hot summer day? These Golden Mylk Popsicles will help you beat the heat while soothing stress! Traditionally served warm, golden mylk is an Ayurvedic remedy used to calm the body, boost immunity and support digestion. What You’ll Need: 

Popsicle Mold 

1 Cup Full-Fat Coconut Milk  

¼ Cup Maple Syrup  

⅓ Cup Raw Cashews 

1 TBSP Harmonic Arts Golden Mylk Elixir  

½ TSP Organic Cinnamon Powder  

1 TSP Organic Vanilla Extract  

Pinch of salt  

 

How to Make Golden Mylk Popsicles: 

  1. Soak cashews for 2-4 hours.  
  2. Once soaked, blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth.  
  3. Pour liquid into popsicle molds and freeze for 6 hours.  
  4. Remove popsicles from the molds and enjoy!
