Canadian Shipping 

Orders over $75 qualify for free shipping (applicable across Canada, excluding Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut) and will be sent via UPS, FedEx or Canada Post at Harmonic Arts' discretion. The subtotal of your order must equal $75 before taxes are charged and after coupons or discounts are applied to qualify. For all other orders, shipping options and cost will be provided on the checkout page when you make your purchase. 

If you would like to insure your package, please select the option to add ShipTection at checkout. 

Please note: The customer is responsible for all federal and provincial shipping related taxes. The customer agrees to comply with all export laws of Canada that apply to the products purchased or received under this agreement. 

United States Shipping 

As of August 13, 2025, Harmonic Arts has paused shipping to the United States.

This change is due to recent updates to US import rules that make it challenging for us to continue serving our American customers. We deeply value the support we’ve received from our friends in the US and will be keeping a close eye on the situation. If circumstances change in the future, we’ll be sure to share updates here.

Estimated Shipping Times/Delays 

When selecting your shipping method at checkout, please keep in mind that the stated transit time for your order is an estimate. Shipping estimates do not include the order processing time of 1-3 business days.  

We cannot guarantee delivery timelines as mail carriers across Canada and the US are continuing to experience delays. These delays are beyond our control.  

For updates on your shipment, please check your order confirmation email for the tracking details and follow up with the carrier.  

We do not offer shipping cost refunds for shipping delays, incorrectly provided addresses or packages marked delivered but not received.  

If a shipment is returned to us un-delivered, you will have the option to be refunded for the product (minus the original shipping fee) or we can reship the order to a new address. Re-shipping your order to a new address will incur a shipping fee.  

If you refuse the delivery of your package, the shipping fee associated with the return of the package to Harmonic Arts will be deducted from the total cost of your order refund. 

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Products 

We offer and encourage you to purchase shipping protection with ShipTection at the time of checkout for an additional fee. Please learn more about ShipTection on our Help Center here

For Canadian customers who have not purchased additional insurance, if a package is lost or arrives damaged, Harmonic Arts will be happy to place a claim with Canada Post or Fedex on your behalf.

Please note: Carriers insure parcels against loss and theft up to $100 CAD at their discretion. To insure the complete cost of your order, please select the option to add additional insurance at checkout (this option is not available for Wholesale orders). 

Out of Stock Items 

Payment is pre-authorized at the time you place the order, but not completed until the order ships. Any item we are unable to provide will be removed from your order before your final payment is processed.  

Add-Ons & Substitutions  

We are committed to providing an efficient, positive experience for our customers. Due to increased order volume, we can't accommodate add-ons or substitutions after your order has been confirmed at checkout.
