What You'll Need
- 1 Cup Rolled Oats
- 2 TB Harmonic Arts 5 Mushroom Cacao Herbal Latte
- 2 TB Cacao Powder
- 1/2 Cup Nut Butter of Choice
- 1/4 Cup Desiccated Coconut + Extra for Rolling
- 2-3 TB Honey or Maple Syrup
- Optional: 1-2 TB Water or Plant-Based Milk
How to Make Your 5 Mushroom Cacao Bliss Balls
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, 5 Mushroom Cacao, cacao powder, and desiccated coconut.
- Add the nut butter and sweetener, stirring until the mixture begins to come together. If the mixture feels too dry, add a tablespoon of water or plant-based milk at a time until you reach the desired consistency.
- Roll the mixture into 12-15 small balls (about 1 inch in diameter) and then coat with desiccated coconut.
- Place the bliss balls on a tray and refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up.
