Been ordering for yrs…I very much like the seaweed blend/flakes…eat about a tablespoon+/day for iodine and other nutrients… hard to find this type of thing in the marketplace…hence another empty bag --- BUT, the price has gone up quite a bit recently since my last order - what I don’t like…so will have to see what I do/find next !!!

I regularly order this product. It is tasty, goes well in a winter cream soup, and adds just a hint of salty flavour to the soups we make 'salt free'. Delicious, and consistent quality. I ordered 2 of the smaller packages, and gave one to a neighbour. She has been enjoying the seaweed too.
Tasty and easy to use in everyday dishes so you get your vitamins in a food like way. Highly recommend for sure.

This is my favorite popcorn sprinkle along with crushed garlic and olive oil.
I love this seaweed blend so much! I love it in all the variations of Ramen soup that I make from scratch. This seaweed is the finishing touch, adding so much flavour complexity.
Not much to share. Have either bone broth or meat broth for breakfast and add sea veggies for added nutrients.
I've been purchasing this sea blend for a while now, and have been very happy --- however, my recent order (3 pkgs) each contained a much finer leaf grind and I prefer the larger leaf bits. For my 3 pkg order prior to this recent one, while it contained the good leaf bits size I like (like the earlier product usually was), each of those 3 pkgs, also contained about 1/3 amount of 'dust' - was not very happy ....like it was the end of a run or something. I hope there is much better consistency of only nice size leaf product going forward unless I will quit ordering this product.

I have low thyroid and dreaded having to take seaweed, BUT this blend smells and tastes salty and good. I will sprinkle it on seafood dishes and include it , with spirolina, in my smoothies.

The Sea Veg Blend has become a favourite at our table. My son puts it on everything he eats, rice, salad, eggs, and soups. His great grandmother harvested seaweed.
I’m low in iron so the sea weed supplement is exactly what I need.
I love the convenience of mixed seaweeds already crunched up, so I can just toss a handful in a salad or soup. I sprinkle it on bread and hummus, steamed or sautéed vegetables…. It goes so well with everything. Love this product!

Super fresh and I like the blend of seaweed. Just had it sprinkled on some boiled eggs this morning and skipped the salt. When I'm craving a salty snack, sometimes a pinch of these will satisfy the craving!

Everything arrived as ordered and the product is easy to use and I love the seaweed plus the 5 mushroom in my bone broth. I am not a fan of that sea weed taste so I am pleasantly surprised that the Harmonic arts SeaVeg blend subtle tasting and lovely. I have also been sneaking the 5 mushroom concentrated powder in the protein shakes and sauces. I am loving it!

I have been using this product for several years. It is a staple in my diet. I understand that sea vegetables are an important part of my diet, but I don’t really like the taste of seaweeds. But this blend, finely chopped, is the solution! I sprinkle it anywhere I can think of - salads, soups, salad dressings, miso drinks, dips, sauerkrauts - just wherever. Thanks for this product!
I love it so much I ordered two more 40 gram bags!! I can see why it's sold out on Harmonic Art's site! I found it elsewhere in Canada! Worth every penny to have it shipped to Wisconsin!
