What You’ll Need

  • 1 Mason Jar¬†
  • 1/4 Cup Chia Seeds¬†
  • 1 Cup Nut Mylk¬†
  • 1 1/2 TSP Harmonic Arts Golden Mylk Elixir
  • 2 TB Maple Syrup¬†
  • 1/2 TSP Vanilla Extract¬†
  • Garnish with fresh fruit, coconut flakes, or your favourite topping¬†


How to Make Golden Mylk Chia Pudding

  1. Add all ingredients to a mason jar and whisk until smooth. 
  2. Let sit for 5 minutes and then whisk again. 
  3. Cover and set in the fridge overnight. For same-day preparation, set in the fridge for at least 2 hours. 
  4. Put your Golden Mylk Chia Pudding into a bowl or keep in the jar. Garnish with optional toppings and enjoy!
