Our Products
Non-Toxic Ingredients
To ensure we offer products that are safe for both our customers and the environment, we rely on third-party testing and Certificates of Analysis.
This fiscal year, 84% of the products we sold met organic certification standards.
These standards verify that ingredients are grown without the use of synthetic pesticides, fossil-fuel-based fertilizers, or genetically modified organisms (GMOs).
To ethically sustain our production levels, Harmonic Arts partners with a diverse network of suppliers, ranging from small-scale farmers to herb brokerages around the world. This approach allows us to prioritize organic ingredients whenever possible while maintaining consistent access to the high-quality herbs, mushrooms, and superfoods needed to craft effective herbal formulas.
Our Products
Waste Diversion
This calendar year, our core value of Sustainable Action really showed up in how we made decisions about our packaging. We did a deep review of our product and operational packaging and considered how we might reduce the environmental footprint of this aspect of our business.
Activities & Outcomes

Our Operations
Environmental Stewardship
At Harmonic Arts, environmental stewardship drives our operations. We track our Scope 1-3 carbon emissions annually, measuring our own operations and supply chain impact. This helps us take responsibility for our environmental footprint and assess the effectiveness of our carbon reduction efforts. One key initiative is using low-emission shipping methods, like sea or ground freight, for all product inputs.
Community Engagement
Our Giving Footprint
In the 2025 fiscal year, Harmonic Arts contributed an impressive $12,556.00 to social and environmental causes, bringing our total impact-driven donations to over $104,000 to date. A highlight was our B Corp Month campaign, where we donated 1% of sales during the first week of March to various organizations that share our value of sustainable action. Our team also collaboratively chose four organizations focused on aiding vulnerable populations.

Community Engagement
Supporting Wellness Through Education
In 2025, our Co-Founder, Yarrow Willard engaged our community at two keynote speaking events that focused on the rise in popularity of functional mushrooms as medicine. He covered:
- The latest trends on medicinal mushroom research.
- How mushrooms can support healthy aging and vitality.
- The clinical research and traditional healing systems that back these health claims.
- What to look for when purchasing a high-quality mushroom supplement.
As a Master Herbalist with a profound affinity for functional mushrooms, Yarrow's teachings create an innovative and accessible approach to plant medicine that empowers people to care for themselves and the Earth.

Supply Chain Partners
Building Ethical & Sustainable Partnerships
Our annual deep dive into our supply chain relationships and outcomes shows that our purchasing decisions are increasingly aligned with our values. We believe this demonstrates the power of intentional relationship-building and engagement.
At the heart of our supply chain strategy lies our Supplier Purchasing policy and Supplier Code of Conduct. These policies help us vet potential supply chain partners against social and environmental criteria. Through this process, we can partner with suppliers that reflect our values, thus creating a positive ripple effect of sustainable practices beyond our immediate operations.
What Our Purchasing Policy Screens for:
- Third-party impact certifications, such as Certified Organic or Fair-Trade ingredients
- Locally and independently-owned businesses
- Black, Indigenous, or People of Colour (BIPOC)-owned businesses

- Compliance with applicable environmental laws
- Respect for animal welfare
- Traceability, responsibility, and transparency of product contents
Supply Chain Partners
Sourcing Spotlight: African Bronze Honey
In 2025, we partnered African Bronze Honey – an organic certified, B Corp certified, fair trade certified, and women-owned business that is cultivating a direct link between forest conservation and community prosperity.
- They support over 10,000 trained beekeepers in Tanzania and Zambia.
- Tanzanian apiaries span 8.4 million hectares, capturing 200,000 tonnes of carbon from the atmosphere each year.
- About 25,798 hectares of forest are protected from deforestation annually, promoting biodiversity and combating climate change.
African Bronze Honey has turned conservation into a collective priority, ensuring that the protection of these ecosystems becomes rewarding for the local economy. As the bees rely on thriving forests for nectar, the communities see conservation as essential to their livelihoods.
Connecting with partners like African Bronze Honey helps ensure that small-scale producers and their environments continue to thrive, turning everyday ingredients into meaningful global impact.
Operational Resilience
Site License Renewal
In early 2025, Harmonic Arts temporarily paused production to complete our site license renewal with Health Canada. By embodying our commitment to accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement, we identified several opportunities to strengthen our operations. We’re proud to report that our efforts throughout this process have resulted in reinforced internal procedures, intentional cross-department training, and enhanced quality assurance standards.
