No other Harmonic Arts products or Holy Basil lot numbers are affected by this recall.
Why is this product being recalled?
During routine quality testing, we identified that this specific lot did not meet our quality standards. While the risk to consumers is considered low, we have chosen to voluntarily recall this lot out of an abundance of caution and in keeping with our commitment to quality and transparency.
What should you do?
If you have a bottle of Holy Basil Tincture 50 mL, please check the lot number on the label.
If your bottle is Lot #25178:
- Discontinue use of the product.
- Discard the product.
- Contact our Customer Care team at help@harmonicarts.ca with your order number or proof of purchase.
- We will gladly arrange a credit or refund.
