Our Expectation

We expect the same standard of professionalism from all business and retail partners. This includes:

Communicating respectfully at all times (verbal, written, and in-person).
Engaging constructively to resolve issues without hostility, threats, or intimidation.
Maintaining honesty and transparency in negotiations and commercial discussions.
Respecting Harmonic Arts’ internal processes, team roles, and decision-making boundaries.

Unacceptable Conduct

We will not tolerate behaviours that undermine the safety or dignity of our employees. This includes, but is not limited to:

Swearing, shouting, or using aggressive language toward Harmonic Arts team members.
Threatening withdrawal of business support or coercive demands tied to marketing spend, pricing, or distribution.
Discriminatory or harassing behaviour in any form.

Accountability

Where conduct falls outside these expectations, Harmonic Arts reserves the right to limit engagement or suspend wholesale privileges. We will always strive to resolve issues through clear, calm dialogue first.
