How To Prepare

This Herbal Latte can be enjoyed iced or hot for a nourishing drink, or added to smoothies or other recipes. Explore our Herbal Latte Recipes for inspiration.

How to Blend

Add one serving (5g) of Kickstart to a splash of hot water. Mix until dissolved. Sweeten to your liking with honey.
Top off with your preference of steamed milk, nut mylk, water or Artisan Tea. Add ice if desired.

Ways to Enhance

For added health benefits, try adding your favourite Harmonic Arts Mushroom Tincture or Powder, Tincture Blend, Artisan Tea, or Syrup according to package directions.
For added creaminess and optimal nutrient absorption, add a fat source. You can try adding 1 tsp of coconut or MCT oil.

How It Tastes

Kickstart tastes robust and earthy. The cacao provides an indulgent element to this stimulating Herbal Latte.

How much caffeine is in each Herbal Latte? Which Herbal Lattes are not caffeinated?

Our Kickstart Herbal Latte containsroughly 14.17 mg of caffeine per serving, and our Matcha Mind Herbal latte contains approximately 43.65 mg of caffeine per serving. Our 5 Mushoom Chocolate and Golden Mylk Herbal Lattes are not caffeinated.

What is the mushroom content for each Herbal Latte?

Each serving (1 TSP or 5g) of 5 Mushroom Cacao contains approximately 0.5g of our 5 Mushroom Concentrated Mushroom Powder.

Each serving (1 TSP or 5g) of Matcha Mind contains approximately 0.88g of our Lion’s Mane Concentrated Mushroom Powder.

Our Kickstart and Golden Mylk Herbal Latte formulas do not contain any functional mushrooms.

What is the shelf life of each Herbal Latte?

Unopened, our Herbal Lattes have a shelf life of 1.5 years. Once opened, we strongly recommend consuming the product within 6 months, and you can refrigerate your Herbal Latte to maintain freshness.

What time of day can I take my Herbal Latte?

Matcha Mind and Kickstart contain caffeine and may be best enjoyed earlier in the day, or when you need a pick-me-up. Our Golden Mylk and 5 Mushroom Cacao Herbal Lattes provide a wonderful way to unwind when you need a moment of calm.

Is it ok to have different types of Herbal Lattes throughout the day?

Yes, although we strongly advise limiting intake to one serving of each Herbal Latte daily to ensure a balanced and safe experience.

Can I add more mushrooms to my Herbal Latte? Can I add Tincture Blends?

Our Herbal Lattes can be elevated with Mushroom Powders and Tinctures, our herbal Tincture Blends, and/or our loose-leaf Artisan Teas.

Does the heat affect the antioxidants of the ingredients in Matcha Mind?

Adding boiling water to make your Herbal Latte will not affect the antioxidant content. If exposed to high heat over time (e.g. being cooked at 100+ degrees Celsius for 20 minutes or more), the antioxidant content will begin to reduce.

Can I give Herbal Lattes to kids?

We recommend speaking with your trusted health care practitioner before adding any new herbs to your family’s wellness routine. Our Herbal Lattes are crafted for adults as some of the ingredients may not be suitable for children.

Why is my Herbal Latte clumping?

Your Herbal Latte may be clumping due to moisture being introduced to the product. To effectively control moisture within the package, the use of a desiccant is recommended. It is included in the Herbal Latte package and should be kept with the product while stored, tightly closed when the product is not in use.

My Herbal Latte has gone hard, what can I do?

If your Herbal Latte has hardened, we suggest one of the following solutions:

Safely 'chip' at or scrape the hardened product with a dry spoon to loosen.
Run larger chunks through a coffee grinder or blender or blend them into smoothies.

Why is there sediment at the bottom of the Herbal Latte?

We do not use any binders, fillers, or artificial ingredients in our Herbal Lattes. If there is too much product and/or not enough liquid (e.g. water, nut mylk, tea), you may find some sediment at the bottom of your mug. We recommend making our Herbal Lattes in a blender or with a frother to help avoid sediment.

Do you offer a “refill” option?

We are unable to offer a bulk “refill” option for our Herbal Lattes at this time. Some of our retailers are refilleries, and offer bulk options for our products. Use our Store Locator to find a Refillery near you.
