Featured Ingredients

Reishi Mushroom Powder

This functional mushroom is a powerful adaptogen that relieves anxiety, promotes better sleep, and fosters resilience. Our Reishi Mushroom Powder has a potent extract ratio of 12:1. This means that you get 12g of fruiting body Reishi in just 1g (¼ TSP) of concentrated powder.

Lavender Flowers

Lavender soothes inflammation, calms the mind, and eases tension. It's an excellent herb for melting away stress and uplifting the spirit. It’s the perfect complement to Reishi in this tasty summer recipe.

Try this Iced Lavender Reishi Latte for a pick-me-up any time of day! This recipe makes 1 serving.

What You’ll Need

1 Glass or Mason Jar

¼ TSP Harmonic Arts Reishi Concentrated Mushroom Powder

½ TSP Harmonic Arts Organic Lavender Flowers

½ Cup Filtered Water

⅔ Cup Nut Mylk

1 TB Raw Honey
