Iced Lavender Reishi Latte

Chill out and refresh your senses with this adaptogenic Iced Lavender Reishi Latte! Enjoy the earthy, grounding effects of Lavender and Reishi to soothe stress and stay cool on warm summer days.

Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum) is one of the most studied functional mushrooms in history. In TCM, Reishi is considered a vital herb for supporting a long and vibrant life, or “the Mushroom of Spiritual Potency”. This immune-strengthening mushroom has been used by herbalists to support well-being and longevity for well over 2,000 years.

Reishi is a protective adaptogen that buffers the impact of physical, mental, and emotional stressors. Reishi invites balance for whole-body health: it fortifies immune and liver function, lowers inflammation, soothes stress, and eases seasonal allergies. This mushroom soothes anxiety, promotes better sleep, and fosters resilience to our modern-day stressors.

Lavender is a gentle relaxant with rather immediate effects that calm the mind, ease tension, and soothe insomnia. It’s an excellent herb for melting away stress and uplifting the spirits and is the perfect complement to Reishi.

Try this Iced Lavender Reishi Latte for stress-relieving pick-me-up for any time of day!
