I find it easy to take. I read that it is good for memory and to improve mood. I feel my memory is a bit better than it was whether coincidentally or because of the tincture. I will be monitoring as time goes by.

Excellent alternative to stimulants if you have a more mild case of ADHD, has really helped my executive function.
I've struggled with inattentive type ADHD for many years and executive function has long been my downfall. I did a lot of reading before deciding to give lionsmane a shot, but it's been about three months now and honestly I don't know why anyone bothers with stimulants when this stuff works so well with none of the side effects of stimulants. It's no longer a struggle to get tasks done, my attention span is much longer, and I don't have to pay for it with horrible nausea. And it's a Canadian company!! Worth every penny.
