- 1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk (or your preferred milk)
- 1 Frozen Banana
- 1 TB Almond Butter
- 1 Scoop Chocolate Protein Powder
- 1 TB Chia Seeds
- Optional: 1 TSP Honey or Maple Syrup
- Optional: Ice Cubes

How to Make Your Immune-Boosting Chocolate Almond Butter Smoothie
