I am very happy with this shilajit . I put it in my warm tea in the morning. I thought that it would taste bad, but to my surprised I like it, and have come to look forward to it every day.
I feel the benefits, it's worth the bad taste.
Really wanted to try this but in paste form. But im impressed with the Shiljat powder. Just add a little to warm water and drink. Tastes woodsy. A little kick to it. But worth it

I love the products. But I accidentally purchased shipping insurance and wrote an email to your company right after my purchase asking for it to be removed with no response so I’m a bit bummed about not having received a reply or removal of the shipping insurance that I did not want
It's not the most pleasant taste but wow, it sure does make one feel whole. If I miss a day or two I feel it, a downturn in energy and mood. It's called the destroyer of weakness for good reason!
Excellent product, canadian made
I wasn't big on the flavor of this but that was understandable. What I really didn't like was the stomach pain and bloating. I didn't feel any energy boost or other positive benefits from this. I'm going to have to stop taking this.

So far so good.
I started using Shilajit on recommendation of one of the staff of my local vitamin store. After considering their recommendation and after doing the research about the product, I have been using everyday now in the morning after my daily walk. It is a solid product, I also around the same time stopped having coffee in the morning and there have been no withdrawals from the caffeine. Coincidence, hmmmmm!!! All I know based on the research I have recommended to my father-in-law as a solid supplement. Again, excellent product!!!

i love all your products
Lots of competing opinions out there on whether powdered Shilajit is useful vs liquid. I've only tried the powder from Harmonic Arts and it does seem to make a positive difference in my health. Taste aside (it does taste like I imagined licking a rock would taste like) it has this aura of power about it. If I forget to take some, I do feel it later in the day with fatigue setting in.
Not the tastiest stuff I've ever had, but in coffee it more or less disappears in taste so I can have the benefit of the minerals. Nothing specific to praise at this juncture, only been taking it a week.

This particular shilajit was great felt the effects from the first container I bought and thought it was great bought 2 more and my second container seams to have almost no effects even comparable to the first meaning to me this product is very inconsistent
