What You'll Need

  • 1/2 Cup Rolled Oats
  • 1 Cup Milk of Choice
  • 1 TSP Harmonic Arts Golden Mylk Herbal Latte
  • 1 Whole Egg (Whisked)
  • 1/2 TB Chia Seeds
  • 1/4 Cup Greek Yogurt
  • Optional Toppings: Blueberries, Pomegranate Seeds, Hemp Hearts, Honey or Maple Syrup, Additional Seeds or Nut Butter

How to Make Your High-Protein Golden Mylk Oatmeal

  1. In a small saucepan, combine the rolled oats and milk. Stir well and heat over medium heat until the mixture begins to simmer.
  2. Slowly pour the whisked egg into the simmering oatmeal, stirring constantly to avoid clumping.
  3. Stir in Golden Mylk and lightly simmer for 2–3 minutes until the oatmeal thickens and achieves a creamy texture.
  4. Stir in the chia seeds and let the oatmeal sit for about a minute to thicken further.
