These 5 Mushroom Cacao Bliss Balls are an easy and delicious way to get a boost of antioxidants. Featuring our 5 Mushroom Cacao Herbal Latte, this recipe is packed with uplifting heirloom cacao and the world’s top 5 functional mushrooms: chaga, cordyceps, lion's mane, reishi, and turkey tail. These herbal allies are known for their ability to boost immune function.

What You'll Need  

  • 1 Cup Rolled Oats 
  • 2 TB Harmonic Arts 5 Mushroom Cacao Herbal Latte
  • 2 TB Cacao Powder
  • 1/2 Cup Nut Butter of Choice
  • 1/4 Cup Desiccated Coconut + Extra for Rolling 
  • 2-3 TB Honey or Maple Syrup
  • Optional: 1-2 TB Water or Plant-Based Milk

How to Make Your 5 Mushroom Cacao Bliss Balls

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, 5 Mushroom Cacao, cacao powder, and desiccated coconut.
  2. Add the nut butter and sweetener, stirring until the mixture begins to come together. If the mixture feels too dry, add a tablespoon of water or plant-based milk at a time until you reach the desired consistency. 
  3. Roll the mixture into 12-15 small balls (about 1 inch in diameter) and then coat with desiccated coconut.
  4. Place the bliss balls on a tray and refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up. 
  5. Enjoy!
